A personalised itinerary helps when you have chosen the destination but do not want to spend hours joining maps, opening times and scattered suggestions. The Travel Plan is built around your pace: it can leave room for rest, group visits by area and separate what is essential from what only works if there is time.
What it can include
- ideas for places, experiences and restaurants suited to the trip you imagine;
- a day order that avoids unnecessary travel and overfilled schedules;
- practical notes about bookings, available time and alternatives;
- adjustments for a couple, family, group or solo trip.
Two ways to request a Travel Plan
When you book your trip with me, the Travel Plan is included according to the conditions communicated for that booking. You can also ask about the standalone paid service, even if you have not booked the other components. Availability, format and terms for the standalone service are confirmed before work begins.
How we build the itinerary
You share the destination, dates, chosen accommodation, interests, mobility, activity budget and what you want to avoid. I organise the information into a readable sequence with room to change your mind. The itinerary supports planning and preparation; final bookings, times and rules are still confirmed by suppliers.
If you change hotels, travel with children or have fixed timings, say so at the start: the route should respect those decisions.
