Thailand calls for a route that respects the climate.
Bangkok, the north and the beaches do not follow the same calendar. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) explains that the country is influenced by different monsoons and that the Andaman coast and the Gulf of Thailand can have different weather patterns. That is why the month should come before the list of islands: a full route can look complete on the map and be less comfortable in practice.

November does not mean the same thing on every beach
In its November information, the TAT describes the end of the monsoon on the Andaman coast and points to Krabi as a sea destination at that time. The TAT also warns that the monsoon arrives later in the Gulf, with rain in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao between October and December and a November peak. This is no guarantee of rain or sun: it is a reason to check the forecast and keep flexibility for boat trips.

Planning example (not a package): for 14 nights, I would test three nights in Bangkok, three in Chiang Mai, four in Railay and four in Koh Samui. This balances city, culture and two coastlines; the order of flights and transfers must be quoted for the actual dates. If the budget or tolerance for changes is lower, I would remove one coast before cutting nights in Bangkok or Chiang Mai.
The cost is in the movements between stages
When comparing proposals, separate nights, domestic flights, ferries, baggage, transfers and activities. A trip with fewer hotels can cost more per night and still be more restful; a longer route can include more experiences but also more connections. For November, say whether you would prioritise the Andaman coast, the Gulf or the north, and ask for an alternative if the weather makes a sea excursion impractical.
